When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, optional phone number, club details, role, project information, optional notes, and any artwork files you choose to upload. We also record basic submission context such as the page you submitted from, the referring page, and campaign parameters.

Uploaded artwork

Club logos and artwork submitted through the form are used only for private concept development and order review. Uploading artwork does not authorize public display or production. You may request deletion of uploaded files at any time using the contact below.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review, respond to, and manage your inquiry, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional Home Course updates. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and cookies
